Apply Now for Lagos Innovates Hub Loan Programme 2025, Single-Digit Loan for Innovation Hubs and Co-Working Spaces .. 

The Lagos Innovates Hub Loan Programme 2025 is officially open for applications. This initiative, launched by the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), is designed to empower innovation hubs, co-working spaces, and tech incubators within Lagos State by offering low-interest (single-digit) loans to scale their operations.

Whether you operate a co-working facility, a startup hub, or an innovation center, this is your opportunity to access affordable funding to expand your workspace, upgrade infrastructure, and introduce new services that better support Nigeria’s growing tech ecosystem.

What the Lagos Innovates Hub Loan Offers

This programme is focused on building the capacity of workspaces that already support startups and entrepreneurs in Lagos. Approved applicants will be able to:

  • Improve key infrastructure (internet bandwidth, power supply, furniture, etc.)

  • Expand physical spaces to accommodate more startups and teams

  • Launch or enhance services for startup founders, freelancers, and tech innovators

According to LSETF, “This is a chance to access single-digit interest loans to scale your hub, strengthen your services, and boost your community impact.”

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

To qualify for the Lagos Innovates Hub Loan, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Your business must be registered in Nigeria and headquartered in Lagos State.

  2. You must operate a co-working space, incubator, or innovation hub.

  3. At least one shareholder or director must be a resident of Lagos and have proof of personal tax compliance.

  4. The business must be tax compliant for the last three years, or for the duration of its operations if less than three years.

Beyond financial support, successful applicants will receive:

  • One-on-one coaching and mentorship from seasoned business leaders

  • Access to Lagos Innovates’ network of government agencies, corporates, investors, and startups

  • Administrative support service,s including legal, HR, and accounting

  • Opportunity to win Workspace Vouchers (worth between ₦75,000 to ₦1.8 million)

  • Be part of the Lagos Innovates Idea Hub Alumni Network and serve as a brand ambassador
