Following the NPC 2023 recruitment update, we have Good News for NPC Pending Application cases
During a visit to the National Population Headquarters in Abuja, we had a discussion with an ICT personnel regarding the issue of ‘pending’ applications. Here’s what I learned:

Pending Applicants to Report to Training Venue
All applicants with ‘pending’ issues are required to report to the training venue. A separate list will be provided for pending applicants for their approval. NPC aims to work only with applicants who will be physically present at the training.
Approval Process
ICT has temporarily stopped approving applications due to the upcoming training day. They anticipate that not all approved applicants will show up for the training. Hence, applicants with pending issues will be approved during the training.
Training Venue
Applicants can attend the training at any location that is closer to their residence.
