Former President Goodluck Jonathan, has opened up on the speculations that he will run again for the Office of President, in the 2023 general elections, GoldenNewsNg learnt.

Jonathan made this known when he paid a condolence visit to the Governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, at the Government House, in Asaba, the State capital, over the recent death of his father, Sir Okorie Okowa.
He pledged to continue to serve God, humanity, and Africa, to the best of his ability.
The former President and hero of democracy in Africa said: “On the rumour of my interest in the 2023 Presidential election, it was mere speculation.
