Mason Greenwood and Phil Foden have both apologised for their behaviour in the aftermath of their England debacle.

Both players were dropped by England Manager Gareth Southgate for breaching UEFA’S coronavirus protocols.

Following statements from their respective clubs, Manchester United and Manchester City, the duo have both penned personal apologies.

“Having now had the chance to reflect on what happened, I can only apologise to everyone for the embarrassment I have caused.” Greenwood said on Tuesday.

Earlier on Monday, Foden issued a lengthy apology on his Instagram.

“Following the story which has emerged today regarding my actions in Iceland, I want to make a full apology.”
