A former Local Government Chairman wife in Nasarawa State has been reportedly shot dead by unknown gunmen.
It was reported that the deceased identified as Mrs. Astira Akolo Ahmed Success was attacked by the gunmen while on her way to Assakio market at about 9 am on Monday, along Lafia- Shendam road.
GoldenNewsNg reports that According to Vanguard, Mrs. Success was sitting on the passenger’s side of the car when gunmen opened fire on the vehicle.
It was gathered that the gunmen were targeting the driver when a bullet hit her.
