If you’re interested in applying, here’s everything you need to know.

Where to Apply

All applications are to be submitted online through the official recruitment portal: https://recruitment.fedcivilservice.gov.ng/vacancies

Once on the portal, carefully go through the available vacancies and select the one that best suits your qualifications. It is important to note that each applicant is allowed to apply for only one role.

Documents You’ll Need to Apply

Before you begin your application, make sure you have the following documents ready for upload:

  1. A well-structured Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  2. NYSC discharge, exemption, or exclusion certificate

  3. Degree, HND, NCE, or equivalent qualification

  4. WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results

  5. Primary School Leaving Certificate

  6. Birth Certificate or Court Declaration of Age

  7. Certificate of Local Government of Origin

  8. Recent passport photograph

  9. For advanced roles: Master’s or Ph.D. certificate (if applicable)

Make sure all documents are clear and readable. Incomplete or falsified submissions may lead to disqualification.

Tips for a Smooth Application

  • Use a strong and stable internet connection to avoid issues during form submission.

  • Avoid multiple applications. If you mistakenly apply more than once, your entries may be flagged and removed.

  • Double-check your email address and phone number. These are often used for communication regarding your application status.

  • Upload only genuine and verifiable documents. If you’re caught submitting fake credentials, you could face legal consequences or a permanent ban from future government opportunities.

Who Should Apply?

This recruitment is open to Nigerians from all states who meet the minimum educational and professional requirements listed for each role. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have years of experience, there’s likely a position suited to your background.

Young Nigerians with valid NYSC certificates are especially encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity, particularly those looking to begin their careers in government service.

Application Deadline

All applications must be submitted on or before 30th July 2025 2025. The portal may not be accessible after this date, so it is advisable to complete your application as early as possible

Final Thoughts

Opportunities like this don’t come around often. The Federal Civil Service remains one of the most sought-after sectors in Nigeria due to its stability, structured growth, and the pride that comes with public service. If you’re eligible and ready, don’t delay. Prepare your documents and apply today.

Stay tuned to official government updates or reputable platforms to avoid falling victim to scammers. The recruitment is free of charge. Anyone asking for money in exchange for slots is not affiliated with the Commission.

If you found this guide helpful, consider sharing it with friends or family members who might also benefit from the opportunity.

Wishing you success in your application.
