Here’s what you need to know about this development:

User-Friendly Data Correction.

  • With the new mobile app, Nigerians can rectify inaccuracies in their NIN profiles, including name, address, date of birth, and phone numbers.

Simplifying A Previously Challenging Process

  • Previously, Nigerians seeking to amend their NIN data encountered challenges, necessitating visits to NIMC offices nationwide.

How to Use the NIMC Mobile App for Data Modification:

1. Access the Application: Visit https://selfservicemodification.nimc.gov.ng on your device.

2. Registration: If you don’t have an account, click on “Register.” If you already have one, click on “Login.”

3. Provide Information: Upon login, input your NIN, last name, and email address as required to access the data modification channel.

4. Initiate Corrections: Once the necessary details are provided, the data modification channel becomes accessible for making corrections.

The introduction of this mobile application smoothens the process of data modification, eliminating the need for physical visits to NIMC offices and enhancing user convenience.

Did you know you can modify your name, date of birth, mobile number, house address, email address, etc., on the NIMC Self-Service App?
