Poor internet connection
The internet service and mobile network can be frustrating sometimes. The poor internet network will affect the JAMB creation process because the system can’t access the JAMB portal. Similarly, poor mobile network will stop you from sending your NIN to JAMB for profile code.
Solution:
Try creating your JAMB profile when there is a working and impressive internet network. Go to another JAMB registration centre if the poor internet service is due to location or faulty PC.
You Are Using A Phone Number Used By Another Candidate
You must provide a phone number that hasn’t been used to create JAMB profile in the past. You can’t create your JAMB profile if you intend to use a phone number previously used by your siblings or anyone.
Solution:
Get a new line and register it at any sim card registration center. Now visit the JAMB registration center to create your profile with the new line.
An Already Registered Email Address
Students aren’t allowed to use an already registered email address while creating a new JAMB profile. Therefore, you can’t create a new JAMB profile with email address used by another candidate.

Does JAMB profile code expire?
Let’s briefly explain what JAMB profile code is all about. Jamb Profile Code is a 10-digit code you will receive from jamb after sending your NIN to 55019 or 66019.
Meanwhile, JAMB profile code does not expire. You can use it any time as long as students are still allowed to register. Similarly, you can register for subsequent utme exams using the same profile code.
How long does it take JAMB to send profile code?
You should receive your Jamb Profile Code a few minutes after sending the NIN SMS to JAMB. However, a poor network can prolong the delivery process.
Can I create JAMB profile twice?
No, you can’t create jamb profile twice a year. The examination governing body warns students against creating two or more profiles in one year.

Click on Create e-Facility Account or Sign up for UTME/DE, when opens, you should have something as shown below
now don’t click on create an account yet since you have been having problems creating your account but rather under the Forgot Your Password option on the image above, you will see click here to reset your password.
(Creating of JAMB profile problem means that you might have tried to create a profile before but didn’t go through right?)
Supply your email address in the box, then click on password reset. The reason having challenges could be that you might have used the email address to create an account before or for someone.
When that is done, you should see something like this below

Now the point I’m trying to draw your attention is to help you from wasting your precious time trying to create JAMB profile when the email has already been used to create JAMB profile before. If you get the message Your Password is Successfully Reset and sent to your e-Mail (abc@gmail.com) fine, at this point all that you need to do is to login to the email account to get your reset password sent by JAMB. Then you can go ahead to log into your JAMB profile successfully.
But if you receives a feedback message that say Invalid e-Mail Address. Record does not exist now what this is telling you is that, either you typed your email address wrongly or the email has not been used to create JAMB profile. If you’re sure of your email address to be valid and been confirmed by Google then proceed to create your profile account.

Supply the needed information then click on verify e-mail, a confirmation mail will be sent to your registered or supplied email address. Login to you email account then click on the link sent to you to proceed.
On the link sent, you will see Click here to continue your Profile Creation this is why you need a valid email address
When clicking on it a window will open that asks of your personal details, fill it correctly, choose your Country, State and LGA of origin; choose your preferred password, when clicking to finish profile creation, a platform will pop that says click the link to proceed (i.e. when it is successfully created) or sorry error has occurred (i.e. your profile was not successfully created).
If it was successful, you’ll get a message that says click to proceed (congratulations your profile was successfully created) but if the feedback message after filling your details says sorry an error has occurred (alas, your profile hasn’t created yet) you have to continue the process or the procedures again by filling your details correctly.
