Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate, Pere has opened up on the reason he contemplated taking a voluntary exit following his altercation with fellow housemate Adekunle.
The altercation between the duo occured on Monday, during a heated Head of House game, which led to a tense exchange between the two housemates.
Pere accused Adekunle of “cheating” during the game, prompting a verbal confrontation that escalated further than anticipated.
During a private diary session with Biggie on Tuesday, Pere offered an inside perspective on the incident and the emotions it stirred within him.
He explained that he was angry and felt as if the entire house was against him.
Pere stated that he almost left the show and he had to restrain himself from doing something that might jeopardise his stay in the house.
In his words, “I was angry, and it made me feel the entire house was against him. I won’t let them win. The Pepper Dem faction and others didn’t want me to be HOH.
“They’re scared. It’s like they enjoy the chaos and disorderliness, and they know that I’ll bring all that to a halt. I almost left yesterday. It took so much control to restrain me from doing something that’ll jeopardise my stay here.”
