Igbinedion University School Of Nursing Admission Form 2023/2024
The School of Nursing, Igbinedion University Teaching Hospital (IUTH) in Okada is offering application forms for admission into its three-year intensive training program. Successful completion of the program leads to the award of RN Certificates by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

Admission Requirements for IUTH School of Nursing:
- Minimum of 5 credit passes in NECO or WAEC, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Note: NABTEB RESULT is acceptable but cannot be combined with any other results.
How to Apply for Igbinedion University Teaching Hospital (IUTH) School of Nursing Admission Form:
Interested applicants can purchase the Admission Forms at the Igbinedion University Liaison Office located at 69 Airport Road, Opposite ITE Glass House, Benin City. The cost of the form is N10,500, payable by bank draft made out to Igbinidion University Teaching Hospital. Please note that the fee is non-refundable.
The entrance examination will take place on Saturday, 27th August 2023, at 10 am prompt. The venue for the examination is the Igbinedion Education Centre, situated at Muritala Mohamed Way, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.
