The Independent National Electoral Commission began on Monday the process of handing out Permanent Voter Cards to residents at the Federal Capital Territory Headquarters in Garki-Abuja ahead of the general elections in 2023.
Goldennewsng reports that Residents were observed making their way toward the distribution center to collect their PVCs.
