The new development came up ammide the way several corrupt practice have been peppetrated in previous elections since Nigeria got her independent.
Furthermore, INEC spokesman Mr Festus Okoye made the disclosure that the software will first be used in Nassarawa state forth coming election before it will be used in the Edo State and Ondo state governorship election which is coming up September and October respectively.
