International flight which was supposed to resume tomorrow, the 29th of August, has now been moved to Sept 5, The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority NCAA said on Thursday.
Musa Shuaibu Nuhu, The Director General of the NCAA, disclosed this during a Presidential Taskforce Covid-19 briefing in the Nations capital.
Mr Nuhu said the decision was based on other non aviation logistics as airlines and airports were ready to operate.
“We have other non aviation logistics we are still working on, mostly the Covid-19 protocol tests and online platform,” he said.
It will be recalled that international flights were brought to a halt in March as part of ways in curbing the spread of the deadly coronavirus.
