JAMB Announces New Deadline for 2023 Direct Entry ePIN Sales and Registration, see date below.

JAMB, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, has recently declared a revised deadline for the sales of ePINs and registration for the 2023 Direct Entry candidates. In an official statement by JAMB spokesperson Fabian Benjamin, it was revealed that the sale of e-PINs will conclude on Saturday, May 26th. Additionally, the registration process for candidates who have acquired the e-PIN will end on Tuesday, May 30th.

The registration for the 2023 Direct Entry candidates commenced in February and has been extended to accommodate all interested individuals. To facilitate a smooth registration process and cater to a larger number of candidates, JAMB has expanded registration areas in Lagos ahead of the new closing date. It is imperative that all genuine aspiring Direct Entry candidates, who have not yet registered, complete their registration before the new deadline. JAMB emphasizes that no further extensions will be granted.

Regarding registration completion, JAMB spokesperson mentioned that registration in various locations has been largely finalized, except in Lagos, where a number of outstanding candidates are yet to complete the process. To address this issue and prevent overcrowding, the board has implemented a scheduling system. Under this system, candidates are assigned specific days for their Direct Entry registration.

Furthermore, JAMB has provided additional registration access points at the ETC/JKK centre to ensure that all eligible candidates in Lagos can complete their registration. Candidates in Lagos have two options: they can either visit the JAMB office in Ikoyi for registration or proceed to ETC/JKK on Ikorodu Road, Anthony. It is crucial for eligible candidates to take prompt action and register at either of these locations before the closing date.

By implementing these measures, JAMB aims to streamline the Direct Entry registration process and ensure that all candidates have a fair opportunity to participate.
