If you’re planning to study Civil Engineering in any Nigerian university for the 2025/2026 academic session, one of the most important things to know is the official JAMB cut off mark.   • O’Level results make up the other 50%

  • Weighted based on grades in core subjects like Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and English

 

Method 3: JAMB + Post UTME + O’Level (e.g., UNILAG)

  • JAMB Score ÷ 8

  • 30% of Post-UTME

  • 20% of O’Level

  • Sum all three to get the total

Regardless of the method used, your JAMB score typically accounts for 50% of your total aggregate, so it’s crucial to score high in the UTME exam.
