The Lagos State Government has commence the activity of reducing street traders operating on major roads in the metropolis.
GoldenNewsNg reports that It said the activities of street traders impede the free flow of traffic.
Towards this end, it warned those involved to desist from it, saying that anyone arrested would face the full weight of the law.
The General Manager of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency (LASTMA), Mr. Bolaji Oreagba gave the warning while addressing officers and men of the agency.
Oreagba said those involved in illegal trading to stop conducting business on major roads, noting that their activities are causing traffic gridlocks in some parts of the state.
