LASU Graduating Students Online Clearance Guidelines

Lagos State University (LASU) is implementing an online clearance system for graduating students to streamline the clearance process and reduce paperwork. The university recently conducted a training session to demonstrate the new software to university representatives.

Developed in collaboration with the Directorate of ICT, led by Dr. Toyin Enikuomehin, and the Exams and Records Division, led by Mr. Akinrinmade Olubode, this online clearance application will be available for Part-time, Sandwich, and Full-time students. It allows graduating students to submit their necessary documents online.

The clearance procedure will follow this order, as instructed by Dr. Enikuomehin during the training:

  1. Faculty Office/External System
  2. Sport Center
  3. Library
  4. Students Affairs
  5. Bursary
  6. Internal Audit
