As of today, there is no latest news on Npower, but we will recap previous News to remind you on the ongoing deals on Npower and remind those who aren’t informed.

LATEST NPOWER NEWS AND STIPEND UPDATE TODAY

  1. Npower management is currently making efforts to ensure that all Npower batch C2 beneficiaries’ stipend payments are cleared. However, they have also reminded beneficiaries of the implications of not reporting to their Place of Primary Assignment (PPA). According to Npower, beneficiaries who fail to report to their PPA will have their payments put on hold for 45 days.
  2. Npower has sent out account validation messages to beneficiaries of batches C1 and C2 to claim their unpaid stipends. The message contains a link to validate their account details.
  3. The technical team at Npower is currently working to address the error message that some Npower C2 beneficiaries face when trying to access the validation link.
  4. For exited Npower beneficiaries seeking information on the Nexit scheme, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs has reportedly said that they have given the first set of Nexit beneficiaries 3 million each after their training. However, there has been no official confirmation from Npower regarding the authenticity of this information.
  5. There has been no new information provided by Npower regarding the promised work nation for exited Npower Batch C1 beneficiaries. However, Batch C1 beneficiaries are currently enjoying the Minister’s generosity with a 3-month stipend payment.
  6. In response to complaints from some Npower Batch C2 beneficiaries regarding difficulties in validating their account details via the link https://validation.nasims.ng, a post has been created to share more tips on how to fix the Npower ID error they may be facing.
  7. With the deadline stated above in mind, it is important for Npower Batch C2 beneficiaries who have not yet validated their account details to do so promptly. Failure to validate their account details may result in non-payment of stipends.
  8. The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has inaugurated a Handing Over Notes, Collation and Transition Committee, in line with the Presidential Transition Council directive. This committee will collate and develop the Handing Over Notes of the entire Humanitarian Sector and come up with a Transition Plan to enable the Ministry interface with the Presidential Transition Council.
  9. The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) is a digital platform created by the Federal Government of Nigeria to manage the selection and deployment of N-Power beneficiaries. NASIMS Portal provides a platform where Nigerian youths can register for various social investment programs, take online assessments, and get deployed for available programs.
  10. According to experts, successful application of skills learnt is imperative in measuring the outcome of any training program. N-Creative (script writing) facilitator, Marvelous Abutu, said the beneficiaries are well equipped in that regard. The Programme Manager on Software Training, Temitope Folorunsho, shares that same optimism and believes that the program should be sustained by the next administration.
  11. Npower has called on all eligible Batch C2 beneficiaries to validate their account details on the organization’s website before the stated deadline to enable them to claim the payment of their stipends. Failure to validate the account could prolong stipends payment for a beneficiary.
