NPower Beneficiaries Concerned Over Delayed Payments
NPower program participants have been worried about the delay in receiving their stipend payments. These payments have been pending since last December, causing financial stress to beneficiaries who depend on these funds.
They have been a great concern about the NASIM Portal being Offline for Days now.
we‘ve gotten alot of comments regarding Npower beneficiaries being unable to access the NASIM Portal. so we have decided to enlighten you and advise you on what to do in this case.
GoldenNewsNg understands the NASIM portal is currently unaccessible due to some technical issues. and the NASIMS management is aware of it.
Meanwhile, the NASIMS management is yet to take necessary action because they’re no much activities to be carried out on the portal.
Before the site went offline or inaccessible, Nasims advised all beneficiaries to Validate their details on the portal to enable swift disbursement of outstanding stipends. which most beneficiary has done. and payment has been made to almost all beneficiaries that validated their account.
Another possible reason NASIMS Management is yet to take action is that they are yet to get approval from the current administration if the NPower Program will continue.
REGARDING NPOWER PAYMENT
As earlier stated, the NPower /NASIMS said its management has disbursed outstanding payments for October, November, and December 2022 to those who validated their account on NASIMS Portal. and more payments will be made when the new administration, President Tinubu approves funds and continuation of NPower Program.
Meanwhile, some Npower Beneficiaries claim that they validated their account on NASIMS Portal but never got their Backlog stipend payment.
Although, Some NPower Beneficiaries alleged that Federal Government approved enough funds that can clear backlog stipends for October, November, and December for all beneficiaries and even cover January and February payment. But as usual, the money might have been diverted to other places.
GoldenNewsNg kindly advises all NPower Beneficiaries to be patient and play along with NPOwer Management as they take their time to Fix the NASIMS Portal and commence payment whenever it’s convenient for them.
