These false claims were being circulated on social media platforms, causing concern among beneficiaries. NASIMS assures everyone that stipend payments are ongoing and unaffected by any change in administration.

 NASIMS Addresses Misleading Message

A message titled “SUSPENSION IN PAYMENT OF STIPENDS” was being spread, claiming that Npower stipend payments had been suspended. NASIMS acknowledges the grievances expressed by N-Power Batch C (Streams 1 And 2) beneficiaries who are awaiting payment for the months of December to May. However, NASIMS clarifies that the change in administration only partially affected the program and reassures beneficiaries that the payment process will continue.

Batch C2 Stipend Payments in Progress

NASIMS confirms that the payment of outstanding stipends for Batch C2 beneficiaries, covering the months of October, November, and December, has been initiated and is currently ongoing. Despite occasional challenges with the bank network, NASIMS urges beneficiaries to remain patient and wait for the payment to be deposited into their accounts.

NASIMS emphasizes its commitment to the Npower program and assures beneficiaries that every individual will receive their stipend in due time. They are working to ensure the smooth continuation of the payment process under the new administration’s budget. NASIMS apologizes for any inconveniences caused and appreciates the patience demonstrated by the beneficiaries.

Batch C1 Outstanding Stipends Yet to be Initiated Again

While the stipend payments for Batch C2 beneficiaries are underway, NASIMS clarifies that the outstanding stipends for Batch C1 beneficiaries, specifically for the months of September, October, and November, have not been initiated again at this point. NASIMS states that these payments will be addressed after completing the payment process for Batch C2 beneficiaries.

Priority to Pay Batch C2 Npower Beneficiaries

NASIMS confirms that their top priority is to ensure that all Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries receive their complete stipend payments before the end of June 2023. This commitment reflects their efforts to streamline the payment system and avoid any further backlogs or outstanding payments.

Conclusion:

NASIMS has taken swift action to dismiss rumors surrounding the suspension of Npower stipend payments. They emphasize that payments for Batch C2 beneficiaries are ongoing, while plans are in place to address outstanding stipends for Batch C1 beneficiaries. NASIMS is dedicated to settling all beneficiaries and maintaining transparency in the payment process.
