The year 2024 started on a good note with the hope of N-Power program continuity, but as it stands now that hope has been cut short as the Federal Government suspended the entire program under the NSIP including the Npower program.

Before the suspension of the entire program under the NSIP and the suspension of the managers for fraud, there were plans laid down for the renewed Hope N-Power program and the clearing up of the 8-month backlog payment owed to Beneficiaries.

However, the suspension of Dr. Betta Edu and Hajiya Halima Shehu has shattered the Npower program plan as the program experienced more delay in kickoff activity for the new Administration.

The suspension of the Minister for Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs Dr Betta Edu has slowed down things like Npower backlog payment and other things. The Minister has worked on a lot of things since she took the minister leadership post. Her proactiveness led to the payment of the recent 1 month Npower backlog payment. Some Npower Beneficiaries think she needs a second chance to mend her mistakes.

Finally, regarding the issue of Npower 2024 recruitment, be informed about the fake Npower recruitment portal circulating online

Npower is not currently recruiting beware of mischievous individuals who might set up fake links to scam prospective applicants.

The Npower program and other NSIP programs are under suspension by President Tinubu for 6 weeks and it is furtherance to the ongoing investigation of alleged fraud in managing the NSIPA agency and its programs.

Fake 2024 NPower Recruitment Circulating

We noticed that some people are being deceived into paying a certain amount of money online for Npower recruitment. So we decided to create this post to warn you against this fake Npower recruitment.

Be advised that Npower is not currently recruiting and will never ask you to pay money for recruitment. It is free to join the Npower program based on merit.

The Federal Government stated that they will be recruiting 5 Million youths, 1 million each year for 5 years into the renewed Hope job creation program RHJCP. However, the recruitment has not started yet.

Prospective Npower applicants are advised to beware of fake recruitment links which might be deployed by scammers to extract Vital information from the general public in the name of Npower recruitment.

As usual, the management of Npower will communicate via their communication channels when they begin taking new applicants. Be Advised.

There are rumors that the 2024 Npower recruitment will begin soon but have not stated yet.
