According to Nasims, In their quest to ensure Beneficiaries are paid at once, they adopted Bulk payment approach which was PARTIALLY SUCCESSFUL resulting to some accounts getting credited and some not, due to network instability.

As a result, October payment were paused to get the challenge sorted out. Payment for the said month to all concern shall RECOMMENCE at shortest possible time. Please bear with us. For transparency purpose, we will keep updating you. Thank you! Nasims said.

Nasims had earlier stated that the Hon. Minister has approved the payment of November and December 2021 stipends, it’s currently being processed and shall commence upon conclusion.

However, what we don’t know is whether the pause of October Stipend will affect the payment of November and December.

What You Need To Know About Npower 2 Month 60k Stipends Payment Rumors

There have been rumors circulating by some individuals on social media stating that Npower has begun payment of 2 Month 60k Stipends out of the 3 months October, November, and December allowance owed beneficiaries.

According to our findings, the rumor begins circulating earlier on Friday 24th of December 2021 by some group of persons which some beneficiaries took the rumors as a great relief because they thought they will be paid to celebrate Christmas, but the payment never showed.

Although Npower has not confirmed these rumors and as such, Npower beneficiaries should always check their self-service portal for changes and also stay tuned to Npower and Nasims’ official page for genuine updates.

Another rumor reaching us here at GoldenNewsNg, states that Npower October, November, and December Stipends were not captured in the 2021 budget which has not been confirmed. So disregard any unconfirmed rumors.

Npower Batch C beneficiaries continue to express their anger.

It is no longer news that NASIMS management has refused to pay Npower Batch C beneficiaries their October, November, and December stipends…

The worst of all, the agency has been silent over the payment date for October, November, and December salaries, but very active in other social activities like sending Christmas messages to beneficiaries and sympathizing with those who lost their properties in the next Cash and Carry fire incident.

Man Arrested After Disguising as Dispatch Rider to Murder Ex-Girlfriend in Lagos

Residents of a Lagos estate were left in shock on Thursday night after a young woman, Deborah Porsche, popularly known as Debporsche, was allegedly murdered by her ex-boyfriend, identified simply as Lintex, nearly a year after their breakup. According to reports, Lintex had repeatedly threatened Deborah since their split in August 2024, allegedly vowing: “If I don’t have you, nobody will. If I no marry you, blood go flow.” Deborah’s sister described her as a hardworking interior decorator who had just completed her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). She further alleged that the deceased endured emotional abuse throughout her relationship with Lintex, which ultimately pushed her to walk away. On the night of the attack, the suspect disguised himself as a dispatch rider in an attempt to infiltrate the estate. Security guards reportedly stopped him at the gate, but he scaled the fence and gained entry to Deborah’s apartment. Eyewitnesses said Lintex first tampered with the gas cylinder line outside the apartment, allegedly trying to cause an explosion. When that failed, he forced his way inside and stabbed Deborah multiple times with a knife he brought along. Alarmed neighbours rushed to the scene and alerted the police. The suspect was subdued and handed over to law enforcement officers. Police authorities have confirmed the incident, stating that investigations are ongoing. Deborah’s tragic death has sparked outrage online and renewed calls for stronger legal protections for women against abusive and obsessive partners.
