All applicants are required to have a functioning bank account with any commercial bank in Nigeria, such as First Bank, Access Bank, UBA, GTB, Zenith Bank, etc. Please note that student or NYSC accounts are not acceptable. Also, every applicant is expected to be computer literate or at least have knowledge on how to use a smartphone or tablet.
It is important to have a smartphone at the NPC training center to submit daily attendance and quizzes. For example, if you are in class one, there will be a WhatsApp group for that class only. The Data Quality Management (DQM) is the group admin of class one and is in charge of teaching practical training for the census pad. Through this WhatsApp group, a link for attendance and quizzes will be sent to you.
NPC training attendance is taken online through a link that will be sent to you. Once you receive the link and click on it, the browser will redirect you to a page where you will be required to enter your email, NPC-CE number, phone number, class number, and a unique GIJ number that will be given to you only in your training center. Then click the ‘Submit’ button for submission.
