NBA conference 2022 Live Updates : The Annual General Meeting of the Nigerian Bar Association is currently holding at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party both showed up in person to the NBA conference.
The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) previously stated that two additional presidential candidates, Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), did not confirm their availability for the conference.
Kassim Shettima, the APC’s vice presidential candidate, was, however, present at the press conference.
Dumebi Kachikwu, candidate for president of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), and Prince Adewole Adebayo, candidate for president of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), were also there.
The Eko Atlantic City will hosting the 2022 NBA Annual General Conference till August 26.

Also present at the event are Governors Solomon Lalong and Godwin Obaseki of Plateau and Edo states respectively.
The Lagos State Attorney General, Moyosore Onigbanjo, is representing Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of the state, while the Chief Judge of the state, Kazeem Alogba, is also present.
The Keynote Speaker at the event is the award-winning Nigerian writer, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.
