The Spokesman to the Niger state Governor, Bologi Ibrahim has assured of better working relationship with Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ).
Bologi who was on familiarization visit to the Chapel’s office on Saturday assured that the Governor Umar Bago’s led administration will collaborate with journalists working in the state.
According to the Chief Press Secretary, “we will work an open door policy with everyone. We appeal for good and cordial working relationship with the Correspondents chapel because you are the once who project our Principal, His excellency, Rt. Hon. Umar Bago in your various media houses”.
Earlier, Chairman of the Correspondents chapel, Comrade Mustapha Yakubu while appealing to the CPS to always avail himself and his Principal, assured of better working relationship with the government.
He further charged the CPS to start on a clean slate with journalists especially the Correspondents chapel and to see the chapel as his constituency and a means to project activities of his principal and the government.
