  1. Nationality: Must be a Nigerian citizen.
  2. Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old at the time of application.
  3. Physical and Mental Fitness: Applicants must be physically and mentally fit.
  4. No Affiliation with Secret Groups: Must not belong to any secret cult group or society.
  5. Health Status: Must be free from hearing difficulties, sight problems, previous major orthopedic operations, fractures, flat foot, pregnancy, stammering, or any other disabilities.
  6. Adaptability: Must be willing to work in a new environment.
  7. Character: Must be of good character.
  8. Educational Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of Five Credits in no more than two sittings in WASSCE, NECO, or GCE. Higher qualifications such as B.Sc, HND, NCE, OND from recognized institutions are also required.
  9. Age Requirement for Higher Positions: Applicant must not be over 35 years.
  10. State of Origin Certificate: Must have a Certificate of State of Origin duly signed.
  11. Criminal Record: Candidates with a bad criminal record will not be accepted.
  12. Valid Identification: Must have a valid means of identification such as a driver’s license, National Identification Card, International passport, or Voters card.
  13. Communication Skills: Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  14. Team Spirit: Strong team spirit is required.
  15. Clean Criminal Background: Must not have been involved in any criminal activities in the past.
  16. Computer Literacy: Being computer literate is an added advantage.
