The immediate past Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo (SAN), and former Minister of Aviation, Femi-Fani Kayode are currently being mocked on social media after their names were missing in the second batch of President Bola Tinubu’s ministerial nominees.
Goldennewsng reports that Tinubu between last week Thursday and this Wednesday, forwarded 47 ministerial nominees to the Senate for confirmation and they are all drawn from the 36 states and the FCT.
Surprisingly, the likes of Festus Keyamo and Femi Fani-Kayode did not make the second list after news of their names also missing from the first list went viral.
It would be recalled that the duo were actively one of the leading voices on Twitter during the 2023 presidential election that saw the emergence of Bola Tinubu as president.
Following their missing names, some Nigerians besieged both the Twitter account of Keyamo and Fani-Kayode to query and mock their omission from the ministerial list.
