The NPC Birth Registration is a collaborative effort between the National Population Commission (NPC), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). Their primary objective for 2023 is to register 12.7 million births in Nigeria and issue birth certificates to children under the age of 5.
