NPower Latest News For Today Tuesday 14th September 2021

1. Ministry Announces Batch C Stream 1 Physical Verification Deadline

The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development have announced the official deadline of the Batch C Stream 1 Physical Verification which commenced on 10th September 2021.

The ministry disclosed this in an official statement on Friday which they confirmed that the Batch C Physical Verification exercise of the 510,000 shortlisted beneficiaries will be running from 10th – 24th September 2021.

The Npower management stated that the aim of the Physical Verification is to enable the sighting of all the documents uploaded by the beneficiaries during the application for the N-power Programme.

2. NPower Batch C Physical Verification Postponed And Moved To A New Date In Some LGAs

The exercise commenced partially in some LGAs on Friday, while in most LGAs, it has been postponed and rescheduled to a new date.

Some of the LGAs that the exercise has been rescheduled is Akoko Local Government of Edo State, the Physical Verification of N-power Beneficiaries in the area has been shifted to Wednesday 15th September 2021 while Kosofe Local Government of Lagos State has been tilted till Monday 13th September 2021.

Reports from many Local Governments in Borno, Katsina, Adamawa, Kaduna, Edo, Lagos, Enugu, Bayelsa etc indicated that the Physical Verification exercise was postponed due to technical issues.

While many States have communicated a new schedule for the Verification exercise, some States are yet to fix a new date, but expectedly, next week.

3. How To Check Your Npower Batch C Physical Verification Location

The Npower management has added physical verification update on deployed Npower Batch C Nasims portal profile dashboard and beneficiaries are urged to proceed to their respective verification center for physical verification.

Physical verification centers/locations for all beneficiaries can be found on their NASIMs portal under the Verification tab or you can dial the dedicated USSD code service on *45665#. If eventually, you were not able to get your Physical verification location, then you are advised to visit your LGA for Physical Verification.

After physical verification, you are to proceed to your Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) with your PPA letter which you can print from your NASIMS Portal under “Deployment’ and have it signed by the relevant PPA personnel. Finally, return to your self-service portal and upload the signed PPA letter.

4. Latest NPower News On Physical Verification

According to her, “All deployed Npower Batch C Beneficiaries who should note the following documents to carry along when going for their physical verification.

“Accordingly, you are advised to proceed to your designated verification centre for physical verification (address is displayed on your self-service portal under Verification, alternatively you may dial the dedicated USSD code service on *45665#

“Npower through the NOA will verify batch C beneficiaries based on the following:

Educational Verification
• Age Verification (This doesn’t apply most times)
• Employment Verification ( We have seen doctors, lawyers in Npower. *GOODLUCK if you have a Job)
• NYSC Certificate Verification
“Successful deployed batch c beneficiaries are advised to come along to the screening venue with relevant documents outlined below.

Some of the Npower Batch C Physical Verification Documents-Requirement 2021

Education Credentials/Degree
NYSC discharge Certificate for the Graduate Pogramme
State Origin Certificate (Optional)
Print your BVN details (Optional)
Passport photograph
A valid identity card
N-power deployment letter printout with your Reference number.

“After verification, please proceed to your Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) with your PPA letter (which is available for printing from your self-service portal under “Deployment’) and have it signed by the relevant PPA personnel. Finally, return to your self-service portal and upload the signed PPA letter.”
