Nneka Ikem, the Special Assistant, Media & Publicity to the Hon Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development, made this known in a post on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Monday evening, January 16, 2023.

Npower Stipends Payment News For Batch C1 Beneficiaries With Paused Account
In today’s Latest Npower News, the management of Npower Releases New Updates For all Npower Batch C1 Beneficiaries with paused accounts.
According to Npower, they are currently reaching out to those with “Paused Accounts’ via the phone number 013432057 and requesting your account information as your payments were paused due to wrong or incomplete account information on your profile page.
Kindly give our agents your maximum cooperation. And you are to please note that you can also call Npower support via 018888148, 092203102, O7OOCALLNSIP to give Npower your details.
So this is an opportunity for the exited Npower beneficiaries whose payments were paused to take action to reclaim their payment.

The Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiaries completed their programme in 2022 while the stream 2 beneficiaries are currently serving as the new enrollees.

The Npower management has said that they acknowledge that they have not fulfilled their obligations towards the Batch C2 graduate category beneficiaries, and it is regrettable too, However, they are hoping to turn things around in this new year.
