Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Managing the MD/CEO’s itinerary.
- Performing admin tasks like updating records and client accounts, and purchasing various supplies.
- Interfacing with clients seeking to meet with the CEO and ensuring world-class service delivery.
- Ensure effective organization of meetings with the CEO and clients.
Qualification and Experience
- Degree / HND.
- Minimum of 3 years Admin experience.
Other Qualities:
- A Graduate of any discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business skills.
- Strong ethical and moral values.
- Multitasking abilities and compassion.
- Good time management.
- Hardworking, target oriented, with high level of integrity and leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of administration.
Other Conditions:
- Ideal candidates should presently reside in Onitsha.
- Must age below 35 years
