Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, has discussed how he met and fell in love with Meghan Markle.
Goldennewsng reports that he claims to have met his wife via Instagram.
On the first episode of the docuseries “Harry and Meghan,” which aired on Netflix on Thursday, the couple discussed how they met.
Harry claims to have met Meghan for the first time in 2016. He said he was looking at his Instagram feed and coincidentally found a Snapchat video of a companion of his with the previous US entertainer.
Harry claimed that the image depicted her using a dog filter with long tongue and fluffy ears.
“I met Meghan through Instagram. I was looking through my feed when I came across a friend’s video of the two of them; it was like a Snapchat,” he stated.
“I was like, who is that?” “That was the first thing.”
Meghan, on the other hand, claimed that a mutual friend emailed her to inform her that the prince was interested in her and to arrange a meeting.
In 2018, the couple exchanged vows. Since then, the British royal family has been the subject of numerous controversies, putting the union in the spotlight.
In 2020, Harry and his better half were deprived of their regal titles as well as open assets related with illustrious obligations.
Following their explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey in which they discussed their difficulties with the royal family, the couple moved to the United States that same year.
However, when Queen Elizabeth passed away, their children became known as Prince Archie and Princess Lillibert of Sussex.
