Lagos State Governor, Babangida Sanwo-Olu, has revealed that schools in Lagos will resume classes in September after several months of being shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The governor made this known in a briefing on the State’s Covid-19 status.
While tertiary institutions are set for a Sept. 14 resumption, primary and secondary school resumption are slated for Sept. 21.
“This decision is not cast in stone and is subject to review of our ongoing modelling and what procedure comes out from the ministry of health,” he said.
