“Game of Thrones” has become a real phenomenon, uniting viewers around the world. Fans may disagree about which season of the show is the most fascinating, intriguing and entertaining, but we will give some arguments in favor of the third season of Game of Thrones.

The screen duo of Keith Harington and Rose Leslie has become one of the most beautiful and beloved couples in the Game of Thrones. The incredible beauty of Iceland and the love line influenced not only the audience, but also the actors who played a wedding two years ago. Each joint appearance of John and Igritt caught his eye, whether it was a dangerous conquest of the Wall, a scene in a cave or a farewell under a hail of arrows.
The relationship of Jamie Lannister and Brienne Tart
The third season gave the very same Jamie Lannister, which was subsequently mourned by fans. The narcissistic, impudent oath-criminal has been replaced by an ambiguous hero, capable of nobility and deeds. And the reason for this is not only a severed arm, but also Brienne Tarte. It was a real pleasure to watch the interaction of so many different people. Seeing Jamie open Brienne’s eyes to the bitter truth, and she, in turn, reminds why he joined the Royal Guard.
Tyrells come into play the game
In the third season, another family began to make their moves, namely the Tyrell house. Young Margery and Olenna, wise by experience, shared the Red Castle, like a playing field, on which each showed its strength. Margery subtly manipulated Joffrey Baratheon, inspiring Cersei’s fears, and Olenna interacted with the more dangerous “lion” – Tywin. Thanks to these two roses, the events in the Royal Harbor were an intriguing action, and not boring chatter over a glass of wine.

Tyrion coped well with the duties of the right hand in the second season, but his father quickly took control. And I must say, it was the manager whom Royal Harbor deserved. Thanks to the power of Tywin in the third season, the game of thrones unfolded before the audience in all its glory, in which feathers and crows and cold calculation win the battles. In addition, viewers learned more about the difficult relationships within the Lannister family, which became a backlog for future shocking plot twists.
A villain that everyone could hate in the game of thrones
In the “Game of Thrones” there are practically no unambiguous heroes who would not undergo changes, presenting to the audience in a new light. Except one – Joffrey Baratheon. He was a constant that united all fans of the series. He regularly aroused his hatred of the murders and humiliations of the innocent, until Ramsey Bolton took his place. And, unlike the mad Daenerys, Queen Cersei and the King of the Night, he realized the final that everyone was waiting for.
Shackle Breaker
The sudden frenzy of Daenerys Targaryen in the final season plunged bewilderment many viewers and especially fans who once named her own children after her. It is unlikely that they expected that on the side of the “villains” would be a character who throughout the series freed slaves and punished for the murdered children. And it was in the third season that Denis proved herself to be the most brilliant, turning into the Destroyer of shackles. She showed a cunning, capturing the army of the Impeccable and giving them freedom and cruelty, killing all the masters of Astapor. It was definitely the most epic Drakaris of all.
The Red wedding : the worst game
There are not enough words to describe the emotions of the audience at the moment when the wedding feast of Starks and Freyev turned into a bloody massacre. This heartbreaking moment, although it was intended to cause shock among fans, was justified and logical. Wanting to avenge his father and achieve independence of the North, Robb Stark made a deal with the rulers of the Twin Towers, but love made him break his word and refuse to wedding with his daughter Walter Frey. And this mistake was taken by Tywin Lannister, who almost destroyed the Starks house.
