Davide Zappacosta decision made
According to reports, Inter Milan will only be able to sign Chelsea defender Davide Zappacosta on a permanent deal this summer and not on loan.
The right-back is poised to leave Stamford Bridge within the coming weeks and Inter are very keen on securing his signature.
