General Requirements for Australia Visa Application:

  1. Two (2) recent white/blue background UK-sized passport photographs.
  2. Original and colored copy of the International Passport data page.
  3. Original and colored copy of the approved Yellow Fever Certificate.
  4. Original signed introduction letter from the applicant.
  5. Confirmed return air ticket with a booking reference number.
  6. Proof of accommodation for the duration of stay (e.g., hotel reservation).
  7. Copy of the Drug Law Enforcement Agency certificate from your country.
  8. Original and copy of the stamped latest bank statement (last 3 months) with a bank reference letter.
  9. For dependents: Colored copy of the dependent’s International Passport data page and visa page, as well as the certificate of birth/marriage.

Additional Requirements for Students:

  1. Two (2) recent white/blue background UK-sized passport photographs.
  2. Original and colored copy of the International Passport data page.
  3. Original and colored copy of the approved Yellow Fever Certificate.
  4. Copy of the Admission Letter from an institute of higher learning.
  5. Original and copy of Immigration Approval Letter.
  6. Clear copy of the highest obtained educational qualification certificate.
  7. Eligibility Letter from the Ministry of Education in your country.
  8. Signed confirmation letter from the Sponsor.
  9. Copy of the International Passport Data Page of the Sponsor.
  10. Original and copy of the stamped latest bank statement (last 3 months) with a bank reference letter for the sponsor.
  11. Bank reference letter for the sponsor.
  12. For dependents: Colored copy of the dependent’s International Passport data page and valid visa page, as well as the certificate of birth/marriage.
  13. All students pursuing CERTIFICATE OR DIPLOMA programs must provide a drug law enforcement agency certificate from their country.

Additional Requirements for Business Visa:

  1. Two (2) recent white/blue background UK-sized passport photographs.
  2. Original and colored copy of the International Passport data page.
  3. Colored copy of the approved Yellow Fever Certificate.
  4. Original signed invitation letter from an organization in your country.
  5. Signed introduction letter from the company.
  6. Confirmed return air ticket with the booking reference number.
  7. Proof of accommodation for the duration of stay (e.g., hotel reservation).
  8. Original and copy of the Drug Law Enforcement Agency certificate from your country.
  9. Original and copy of the stamped latest company bank statement (last 3 months) with a bank reference letter.
  10. Original and copy of valid Income Tax Clearance.
  11. Original and copy of the Company Certificate of Incorporation.
  12. Copy of the certificate of registration/incorporation of the inviting organization in Malaysia.
  13. Footballers must provide a drug law enforcement clearance certificate.
  14. For dependents: Colored copy of the dependent’s International Passport data page and valid visa page, as well as the certificate of birth/marriage.
