How to Apply for The NEXT TITAN Africa 2023 ($100,000 Grand Prize)

The Next Titan Africa: A Game-Changing Opportunity for Young Entrepreneurs

Africa is a continent teeming with innovative minds and untapped potential, and now, young entrepreneurs from Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, and Malawi have a remarkable platform to shine. The Next Titan Africa, season one, aptly named ‘Changemakers’, is calling for talented individuals who possess exceptional innovation, execution, and leadership skills. This 12-week reality show offers an exciting opportunity for contestants to showcase their business prowess and vie for substantial rewards. Let’s dive into the stages of this entrepreneurial journey and how you can participate.

Stages of  The NEXT TITAN Africa Competition

Stage 1: Registration

  • Eligibility: Young entrepreneurs between the ages of 20 and 35 from Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, and Malawi.
  • What to Do: Fill out the registration form on the website, providing details about your business ideas and uploading your photos.

Stage 2: Auditions

  • Successful registrants from the first stage will be invited for auditions, which will be held in Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, and Malawi.

Stage 3: Regional Virtual Bootcamp

  • Contestants from each country who pass the auditions will participate in the virtual bootcamp of their respective nations.

Stage 4: Top 50 BootCamp

  • The top 50 contestants from the regional virtual bootcamp will be invited to the Top 50 Bootcamp, taking place over three days in Lagos, Nigeria.

Stage 5: Top 20 Finalists

  • The most promising 20 contestants from the bootcamp will have the chance to reside together in the Titan House. Over the course of 12 weeks, they will engage in 12 challenging business tasks, leading to gradual eliminations.

Stage 6: Grand Finale

  • The climactic grand finale will see the winner claiming the prestigious title and a grand prize of $100,000. Additionally, three runners-up will earn prizes of $10,000, $6,000, and $4,000, respectively.

 

Eligibility Criteria

Before embarking on this entrepreneurial adventure, you need to meet certain eligibility criteria:

  • Citizenship: You must be a citizen of one of the four African countries participating in the current season—Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, and Malawi.
  • Age: Contestants must be aged between 21 and 35.
  • Education: You should either be a graduate or an undergraduate student at a higher education institution.
  • Health: Excellent physical and mental health is a must.
  • Commitment: Be prepared to reside in the Titan House in Lagos, Nigeria, for the entire 12-week duration of the show.
  • Participation: You need to fully commit to participating during the 12 weeks as per the dates set by the producers.
  • Compatibility: Willingness and ability to coexist peacefully with other contestants in the Titan House.
  • Exclusions: Neither you nor any immediate family member should be employed by or affiliated with TINGO INC and Bravopoints International Ltd.
  • Social Media: Follow the show’s Instagram page @thenexttitan_africa.
