If you applied for the TVET programme, don’t ignore your inbox. Applicants are now receiving important emails that require quick action. Here’s what you need to know.
The Federal Ministry of Education (FME) has requested that candidates who applied for the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programme upload their proof of prior learning documents.
According to the ministry, this instruction is part of the application process and should not be mistaken for a shortlist
Email Notification Sent to Applicants
Several applicants have confirmed receiving emails from TVET with the subject line: “TVET Application: Action Required.”
The email contains a unique link where candidates are expected to upload their certificates. It also displays the candidate’s registered skill, such as Network System Installation, and a four-digit Application ID.
The body of the message reads:
“Hello, thank you for applying for a TVET programme. To continue processing your application, please reupload your proof of prior learning using the link below: https://tvet.education.gov.ng/upload-document Regards, TVET team.”
Accepted Documents
Applicants are expected to upload one of the following:

Certificate
-
Diploma
-
Transcript
The portal only accepts PDF, JPG, or PNG files, with a maximum size of 10MB.
How to Upload Your Document

Open the upload link provided in your email (each link is unique to the applicant).

Select your certificate or other accepted document from your device.

Click Upload Document.

Once you see “Upload Successful,” the process is complete.
2. Choose a Proof of Prior Learning Document from your device
3. Click on Upload Document
4. If it shows Upload Successful, congrats, you have successfully uploaded your TVET document for the registration.
That’s all. This process is part of ensuring proper verification for TVET trainee applications, and all candidates are urged to follow the instructions carefully.
