The procedure for the Admission Screening (Post UTME) Application is as follows:
Candidates are advised to have a valid E-Mail account before starting the application process.

1. Visit https://uniben.waeup.org/applicants
2. Click on WAEUP Student Portal
3. Click on Register for application at the top left of the displayed page to proceed.
4. Enter your Surname exactly as written on the JAMB Registration slip and your JAMB
5. Registration Number, immediately your ID and Password will be displayed on the browser.
6. On the WAEUP KOFA Student Portal click on ‘Login’ (top right of front page).
7. Enter your Username and password to log in.
8. To start the application process, please click on the ‘Application record’ to provide all the required information and upload your passport photograph.
9. Upload a RECENT and CLEAR “1 x 1” COLOUR PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH WITH RED BACKGROUND IN JPEG FORMAT ONLY. Great care should also be taken to follow the specified formats on the UNIBEN website and portal. NOTE that the photograph uploaded will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidates throughout their stay in theUniversity of Benin. FAILURE TO UPLOAD THE SPECIFIED PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION and failure/forfeiture of admission.
10. To pay for the Application, click on “Add online payment ticket” at the bottom of the page, then click on “pay via Remita” on the top left corner of the page. Follow the instruction to pay the application GROSS fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) with a valid ATM-Enabled card from any commercial Bank in Nigeria.
11. Preview and confirm your information before submitting your application online. (No correction will be accepted after the closing date).
12. Go back online on the appointed date to print out the acknowledgment slip that contains your specific screening schedule.

1. The University of Benin (UNIBEN) Admission Screening Exercise for the 2022/2023 Academic Session; is scheduled to now take place between 6th December and 13th December 2022 in designated centres within the Ugbowo Campus of the University.
2. The Screening Exercise shall be conducted using the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. All candidates are expected to be seated, at the latest one hour before the stipulated time for their screening exercise
3. CANDIDATES ARE TO COME WITH THEIR NCDC-PRESCRIBED SURGICAL FACE MASKS AND SMALL-SIZED HAND SANITIZERS.
4. GSM PHONES AND CALCULATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED
5. Screening Invitation Slip that contains the screening schedule
6. PLEASE NOTE THAT GSM PHONES AND CALCULATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Requirements For UNIBEN Post UTME 2022/2023 Registration

General Eligibility to Buy University Of Benin Post UTME Form For UTME and Direct Entry Candidates:

1. All UME candidates who obtained a score of 200 or higher in the recently completed 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (JAMB-UTME).
2. All Direct Entry Students who chose UNIBEN as their first choice
3. You Must be 16 years old
4. You must have an O’level Credit pass in at least five different subjects (Including English language and mathematics). The O’level result in this case could be WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB or any equivalent.
5. Your O’level result must not be more than two sittings

The management of the University of Benin (UNIBEN) has announced a new cost price of N2,000 for the 2022 Post UTME form.

This means that UNIBEN Screening form 2022/2023 will be sold for 2,000 Naira (N2,000).

However, it is recommended that you budget at least Three Thousand Naira (N3,000) for everything, including cyber cafe fees.
