The Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka (UNIZIK) has released the official supplementary admission form for prospective applicants who desire to be admitted into the esteemed university.

The university management hereby notifies all interested candidates who participated in the Post UTME and uploaded their O-level results on the UNIZIK portal that there are limited spaces available for supplementary admissions in various departments for the 2023/2024 academic session.

To secure admission and study their desired course at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka (UNIZIK), prospective candidates are advised to apply as early as possible.

Admission Requirements for Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK):

Candidates who participated in the Post UTME and obtained a score of 40% and above in all available courses (except Anatomy & Physiology, which requires a score of 50% and above) and achieved an aggregate pass mark as indicated below are eligible to apply for admission into the university.

Please note that before applying, candidates must ensure that their scores meet the minimum passing score required for their preferred department and that there are available spaces. Only the available spaces will be sold for the forms.

Cost of Application Form:

The application forms are available at a cost of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) only, which is non-refundable.

How to Apply for UNIZIK Supplementary Admission Form:

To apply and secure a space, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Visit UNIZIK CAPs at apply.unizik.edu.ng.
2. Log in using your username and password (the email address used for the Post UTME registration). Reset your password if you have forgotten it.
3. On the dashboard, click on “Admission supplementary.”
4. If eligible, you will see the list of departments you qualify for. Select your preferred department and click on “Shop for Admission.” If not eligible, you will be notified accordingly.
5. Choose your preferred mode of payment and click on “Make Payment.”
6. If you choose bank payment, you have 12 hours before the invoice expires and the booking gets canceled. Return to the UNIZIK CAPs to confirm your payment after successful payment.
7. If you choose instant payment, pay with your card, and the confirmation will be done instantly and automatically.
8. After successful payment confirmation, you will receive a notification showing that you have successfully shopped for the selected department.
9. Proceed to JAMB CAPS, check “Transfer Approvals,” and accept the department transfer to be admitted into the new department.
