As you may recall, the National Population Commission (NPC), in collaboration with UNICEF and NYSC, initiated a partnership aimed at registering a minimum of 12 million eligible children under the age of 5 in Nigeria.

This NPC Birth Registration project also involves the issuance of birth certificates that provide the names and nationalities of every child in Nigeria. The registration process covers 21 states, 456 LGAs, and 4,978 wards across the country.

In line with this initiative, the NPC has been accepting applications from adhoc staff applicants who will contribute to ensuring a credible birth registration for all eligible children.

However, the NPC Birth Registration Recruitment portal, located at https://birthregistrationadhoce-recruitment.com, is currently experiencing technical difficulties and is temporarily unavailable as of today evening.

We want to assure all prospective applicants for the NPC Birth Registration Recruitment that there is no need to panic. The portal will soon be operational again.

At present, the NPC Birth Registration Recruitment portal is undergoing maintenance, which is necessary to address various issues, including location detection errors and face capture malfunctions. The aim is to enhance the efficiency of the portal so that all applicants can complete their applications smoothly.

Therefore, please note that the portal is unable to receive any application data at the moment, displaying a “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable” message. We are optimistic that the necessary fixes will be implemented by Monday, allowing all interested applicants to complete their applications.

The ongoing maintenance is being conducted to ensure that all technical issues are resolved and to improve the overall functionality of the NPC Birth Registration Recruitment portal. This way, all prospective applicants can apply without encountering any further obstacles.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this temporary interruption, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will provide further updates as soon as the NPC Birth Registration Recruitment portal is fully operational again.
