When Will JAMB Start Giving Admission For 2022 Candidates

With no further explanation, it is certain that JAMB will start giving admission to qualified candidates for the 2022/2023 admission exercise from the 6th August 2022.

For 2022 candidates, the registration and exam took place between May 6 and 14 May of this year 2022.

Few institutions released their post utme forms some weeks after the JAMB results were released. Some schools are yet to even release their screening form.

Normally, the results of the post utme exams are released few days after the exam. So, what’s next?

Admission lists. Yeah, the schools will release the list of those who qualified for admission and this is done in batches which can take weeks to a month depending on the institution.

JAMB has to process these admissions before you can see any admission on your JAMB portal.

What’s the main point?

Schools are the first to offer admissions to candidates before JAMB will process them through their Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS)

JAMB will start giving admission to 2022 candidates soon after all JAMB 2022 results has been released.

When will JAMB stop giving admission?

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) usually do a meeting to set a deadline for admissions for all universities (public and private), polytechnics, COEs, and IEIs in Nigeria.

They haven’t set the date that admissions for 2022 candidates would end but it is likely to be few months after JAMB exam has been concluded and result released.

Has JAMB started giving admission for 2022/2023?

No, they have not yet started giving admission to candidates for the 2022/2023 academic session.

However, if you sat for JAMB in 2021, I am sure by now you have seen the admission on your dashboard.

This thing takes time, you need to be patient.

How do I know if JAMB gave me admission?

  1. Visit the JAMB CAPS login portal.
  2. Use your details to sign in.
  3. Scroll down and and click on the admission status tab.
  4. Input your UTME/DE registration number and pick your year of exam.
  5. Check your admission status.

To make it easier for you , ensure you are  making use of desktop mode on your mobile device.

When will school start giving admission?

Most of the higher educational institutions in Nigeria will start giving admissions soon. Especially those that released their post utme forms early.

Schools are the first to offer admissions to candidates before JAMB will process them through their Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).

Security guards reportedly stopped him at the gate, but he scaled the fence and gained entry to Deborah’s apartment. Eyewitnesses said Lintex first tampered with the gas cylinder line outside the apartment, allegedly trying to cause an explosion. When that failed, he forced his way inside and stabbed Deborah multiple times with a knife he brought along. Alarmed neighbours rushed to the scene and alerted the police. The suspect was subdued and handed over to law enforcement officers. Police authorities have confirmed the incident, stating that investigations are ongoing. Deborah’s tragic death has sparked outrage online and renewed calls for stronger legal protections for women against abusive and obsessive partners.
