Yahaya Bello Set to Make 20m Nigerians Millionaires

GoldenNewsNg reports that Yahaya Bello has Promises To Make 20m Nigerians Millionaires By 2030

Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State during his official presidential declaration on Saturday promised to uphold the legacy of President Muhammadu Buhari by making 20 million Nigerians millionaires by 2030 if elected President in 2023.

Sharing his manifesto, Bello said his administration as president of Nigeria, if given the chance, will produce no fewer than 20 million millionaires by the end of 2030.

According to the politician, each of the 20 million millionaires would empower at least five other Nigerians.

Governor Bello recalled that statistics had claimed that over 100 million Nigerians lived in extreme poverty during the administration of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The presidential aspirant, however, noted that the Buhari-led administration has since reduced the figure to 70 million.

Following the above report,  Nigerians have taken to Twitter to slam the governor for giving Nigerians another false hope as he did in his state during the 2015 and 2019 elections.

See some of the reactions below:

Kogi state is one of the poorest states in Nigeria.

If Nigeria was a normal country, Yahaya Bello should be in prison for corruption.

Bello is one of the worst and most corrupt Governors in Nigeria. https://t.co/2DjSonvdag

Please can the current Kogi State millionaires come out let's greet them?

Yahaya Bello really paid both TVC and Channels TV to air his presidential declaration live but he won’t pay Kogi workers.
