EFCC Grants Obi Cubana Administrative Bail, Yet To Meet Conditions
GoldenNewsNg gathered that the popular Anambra billionaire businessman, Obinna Iyiegbu aka Obi Cubana has been granted administrative bail by The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
He was arrested on Monday, November 1, and spent the night in the antigraft agency’s facility.
A source close to the case confirmed to Vanguard that the socialite had been granted bail but was yet to perfect the conditions attached to the bail for his release.
“Yes, he has been granted bail but he is yet to meet the conditions for his release” an official said
Meanwhile, GoldenNewsNg earlier reports that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Nigeria’s anti-graft agency, has confirmed that billionaire businessman, Obi Cubana is in its custody.
But however, clarified that Obi Cubana, whose real name is Obinna Iyiegbu was not arrested but was invited by the agency and that he honored the invitation yesterday.
