What is the Black market exchange rate for the dollar to Naira on January 23, 2024?
As of January 22, 2024, the Dollar to Naira exchange rate in the Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market) indicated that players bought a dollar for N1,360 and sold it at N1,365, according to sources at Bureau De Change (BDC).
