Nigerians are highly fanatical about many things especially their favorite celebrities. t was quite insightful on Saturday as actress Tonto Dikeh decided to find out what her fans thought about her. She is known for often sharing captivating photos on her Instagram handle which often drew admiration from her fans.
A fan is a short form of the word “fanatical” since they stand with and express undying love for the person that they love. Despite criticisms in some quarters about the actress Tonto Dikeh and her relationship with controversial cross-dresser Bobrisky.
Many of her fans said one nice thing or another about her. They did so because the actress supported hundreds of people during the lock down donating food materials and cash to the less privileged across Nigeria. Many nice things were said about her but one of her fans called her “Gods General” sparking controversy on what Tonto Dikeh could have done for him.
The term “Gods General” is often used for popular pastors and revivalists who are revered in the Pentecostal Christian tradition. a few pastors such as EA Adeboye, David Oyedepo, Benny Hinn and many others have been called “Gods general”.
It is very unusual for such a word to be used on Tonto Dikeh because she is just a celebrity. The actress drastically changed her reputation because of the activities of her Tonto Dikeh foundation during the lock down.
There were revelations that Tonto Dikeh takes care of more than a hundred babies with special medical issues in Nigeria. he feeds their families have also established businesses for their mothers to keep the family going.
The actress who looks very good in appearance takes proper care of her body and has been to many body-enhancement surgeries. he also owes her slim body size to medications. Her actions during the lock down have also endeared many conservative people to her.
