If you have not been paid by Npower or NASIMS in Nigeria, here are some steps you can take:

  1. Contact their customer service: The first step is to reach out to Npower or NASIMS customer service to inquire about your payment status. You can do this by calling their helpline, sending an email or reaching out to them via their social media handles.
  2. Follow up: If you have already contacted customer service and have not received a response or a satisfactory resolution, you may need to follow up with them. This may involve sending additional emails or making more phone calls.
  3. Lodge a complaint with the relevant government agency: If you are not satisfied with the response from customer service, you can contact the relevant government agency responsible for Npower or NASIMS program. For Npower, you can contact the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development or the National Social Investment Office. For NASIMS, you can contact the National Identity Management Commission.
  4. Seek assistance from advocacy groups: You can also seek the assistance of advocacy groups like the National Youth Council of Nigeria or the Nigerian Labour Congress to help you follow up on your payment.
  5. Consider legal action: If all else fails, you may need to consider taking legal action against Npower or NASIMS. You can seek the assistance of a lawyer or a legal aid organization to help you pursue your case in court.

It is important to note that you should always keep records of all your communications with Npower or NASIMS, including emails and phone calls. This will help you to present a clear and concise case if you need to take legal action.

NASIMS Announces Payment of January Stipend for Npower Beneficiaries

The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has announced the commencement of the processing of the January stipend for Npower beneficiaries. The payment process is expected to start soon, according to a recent announcement made by the NASIMS management.

Npower is a social investment program initiated by the Nigerian government to empower Nigerian youths through skill acquisition and employment opportunities. The monthly stipend is a payment made to Npower beneficiaries to support their livelihoods.

Thousands of Npower beneficiaries across the country are eagerly awaiting news regarding the stipend payment, as they rely on the monthly allowance to sustain themselves.

Payment of Outstanding Stipends for Batch C1

In the latest Npower news, NASIMS management has announced the payment of outstanding stipends for Batch C1 beneficiaries. All validated accounts will receive their stipend payments soon, including the backlogs for September, October, and November. Beneficiaries who are yet to receive their stipends are advised to stay alert as the payment process will commence soon. NASIMS has assured beneficiaries of its commitment to fairness and equity.

Visit to President Muhammadu Buhari by Npower Representatives

The 36 States and FCT Npower Representatives Official Forum batches A&B and C plan to visit President Muhammadu Buhari during the EIDIL FITR festival to show their support and request the absorption of all Npower beneficiaries into the civil service or the provision of a nexit loan package for eligible beneficiaries.

Validation Process for Npower C1 and C2 Beneficiaries

NASIMS management also revealed that the validation process for Npower C1 and C2 is ongoing. Beneficiaries with payment issues are urged to validate their accounts to receive their stipend payments at the appropriate time. Payment for Npower Batch C Stream 1 January stipends will commence soon.

Successful Account Validation and Payment

It is important to note that successful account validation does not guarantee instant payment. Beneficiaries will receive their backlogs payment once the validation exercise is completed. NASIMS has confirmed that all Npower Batch C Stream 2 beneficiaries have been paid their December stipends except those with invalid accounts, which gave rise to the ongoing account validation exercise. Finally, NASIMS has reminded beneficiaries that the validation link will be closed on March 31st, 2023.
