Havilla University has officially announced the commencement of the sale of Post-UTME admission forms for the 2023/2024 academic session. The cost of the post-UTME form is two thousand nairas (2,000) only.
It is important to note that the sale of the Havilla University Post-UTME admission form is exclusively for candidates who scored a minimum of 160 in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and possess at least five O’Level credits in relevant subjects for admission into Havilla University, Nde-Ikom, for the 2023/2024 academic session.

HUN Post-UTME Starting Date for 2023/2024:
The registration portal for the 2023/2024 Havilla University Post-UTME has been reopened for interested candidates. Aspiring students are advised to purchase the registration form before the deadline, as the HUN post-UTME form is currently on sale.
Admission Requirements:
- For admission into the 100 Level (through UTME), candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credits at the SSCE (or its equivalent) in relevant subjects obtained in not more than two sittings, including English and Mathematics, and must also attain acceptable UTME scores in relevant subjects.
- For admission by direct entry (200 Level), candidates must possess at least two (2) A’ level (or its equivalent) passes in relevant subjects, in addition to the five (5) SSCE credits. Alternatively, they may have an ND with credit passes or a good first degree in another discipline.
- All courses require credit passes in English language and mathematics.
- The University will conduct a screening interview for candidates who meet the admission requirements.
Prospective students must meet both the general admission requirements and the specific requirements of their chosen faculty and department.
How to Apply for Havilla University Post-UTME Form for 2023/2024:
Qualified candidates can only make their non-refundable payment of N2,000 (two thousand nairas) on the University’s portal. The application process is strictly online and accessible through the Havilla University campus. Payment can be made online using any accepted debit card (Visa, Verve, or MasterCard) through Remita. Alternatively, candidates can print the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) slip and visit any of the specified commercial banks mentioned on the portal to make the payment.
After submission, candidates are required to bring the original copies of the following documents to the screening centers:
- O’level results
- JAMB result/acknowledgment slip
- A’level results, diploma, or IJMB (as applicable)
- O’level certificate/statement of result(s)
- 2 Passport Photographs
- Indigene letter
- Certificate of birth/declaration of age
All these documents should be enclosed in a quarto-sized envelope, clearly marked with the applicant’s name, department, and JAMB registration number.
There is no specific deadline for submissions at the moment. The Havilla University Post-UTME registration period may last for a month or more. However, it is recommended that applicants purchase the form promptly to be on the safe side.
Havilla University will soon announce the screening schedule for both post-UTME and direct entry applicants. The Post-UTME screening for candidates of both UTME and Direct Entry will take place on the university campus.
