The National Population Census (NPC) has clarified that it is currently not recruiting.
Goldennewsng learned that the Commission was reacting to a fake post on Twitter congratulating an applicant on a successful application for the Census Adhoc Staff.
NPC, in a tweet, said the general public should be on alert for fake applications because the commission has concluded recruitment for the 2023 census before its shift.
The NPC said, “The Commission wishes to inform the public that it is not undergoing any recruitment exercise for the Census at the moment.
“Kindly note that NPC has concluded recruitment of the functionaries for the 2023 Census before the exercise was postponed.”
