The management of Auchi Polytechnic has announced that the HND admission form for the 2023/2024 academic year is now on sale. Qualified and interested individuals are encouraged to obtain this form and apply for admission to pursue various courses available at the institution.

HND Entry Requirements

• Candidates for the Higher National Diploma (HND) program must possess the National Diploma (ND) from Auchi Polytechnic or an equivalent qualification from similar institutions recognized by the NBTE (National Board for Technical Education).
• Candidates must hold a National Diploma Certificate in the field they intend to study at the Higher National Diploma level.
• In addition to department-specific requirements, candidates are required to have either Five (5) Ordinary Level credit passes in one sitting or Six (6) Ordinary Level credit passes in two sittings, including Mathematics and English Language, in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB examinations.
• All candidates seeking admission into the Higher National Diploma program must have obtained admission through JAMB (Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board) for their National Diploma program.

Note: Candidates without an Admission letter and registration number from JAMB for the National Diploma program are not eligible for Higher National Diploma admission. Such individuals will not be eligible for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Scheme.

How to Apply for Auchi Polytechnic HND Admission Form

• Application forms must be completed online through the Polytechnic website: www.auchipoly.edu.ng.
• All candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application and screening fee of Twenty thousand Naira (N20,000.00) to the Auchi Polytechnic Treasury Single Account (TSA) No.1000075, using the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) generated from the Polytechnic website.

Please carefully follow the steps below to complete your application

1. Open your web browser and visit the Auchi Polytechnic website: www.auchipoly.edu.ng to access the Auchi Polytechnic web page.
2. Select the appropriate portal (morning, evening, or degree).
3. Click on the link for “Apply for 2023/2024 Auchi Polytechnic HND OR PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA,” based on your preference.
4. The application form will be displayed.
5. Fill out the application form accurately, ensuring that you provide all the required information.
6. Take the generated RRR to the designated bank and process your payment on the REMITA platform. Alternatively, you can make payments through any REMITA-approved payment channels.
7. Allow a few hours for your payment to be processed before returning to the portal to continue with your application.
8. Log in with your username and password.
9. Click on “Continue with my Application Form.”
10. Carefully complete the application form, ensuring that you provide the necessary information accurately. Upload your passport photograph and the required scanned copies of your credentials.
11. Print a copy of the acknowledgment slip and two copies of the application form.
12. Print a copy of the application summary sheet.
13. Place two (2) sets of photocopies of your credentials, e-receipt of the Remita payment, birth certificate, and two (2) recent passport-sized photographs in an envelope. This will be submitted at a later date in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines.

Important Notice: Any payment procedure generated and processed through any other platform for admission into Auchi Polytechnic is invalid. All payment procedures must originate from the auchipoly.edu.ng portal, as it is already integrated with the Remita payment platform.
